FAQ

Does the app require an Internet connection?

Most core features work on-device. Some apps offer optional capabilities (such as iCloud sync) that use Apple’s network services only when you enable them. We do not require a connection to our own servers for core timing, calculation, or recording flows. See each app’s product page and Privacy Policy for details.

Does the app require login / show ads / collect data?

Our mobile apps do not require an account with UBICT by default, show no ads, and do not include third-party cross-app tracking analytics. Data usually stays on your device; when you opt in, some apps may sync via Apple iCloud under your Apple ID—not on our servers. See each app’s Privacy Policy for differences.

Since version 2.0, the app is available in Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English.

  • Reminders not arriving: Allow notifications for the app in Settings › Notifications and make sure the moment has a reminder set. Tapping a notification opens that moment.
  • Alarms silent after switching phones: Re-authorize alarm permission on the new phone and turn alarms back on for moments that need them.
  • Wrong auto group: Titles that aren’t recognized go to Life; you can change the group, repeat rule, and holiday date anytime in the editor.
  • A moment disappeared: One-time moments archive themselves when they’re done—find or restore them in Archive.

All editing features (size presets, camera/library, beauty, crop, backgrounds) are free. You can preview the finished photo for free on the Export screen (watermark on preview only). Save to Photos or Share requires export access: This Export, 24-hour pass, or Lifetime Unlock (restorable via Apple ID). All processing stays on your device—we do not upload your photos. If saving fails, check Photo Library permission and free storage.

Log feeds, diapers, and sleep on your device; set local reminders for vaccines, checkups, and supplements; multi-baby profiles and a built-in lullaby library. No account, no cloud sync, no ads—one-time unlock (restorable via Apple ID). If notifications are denied, reminders remain manageable in-app without pushes. Before switching phones, export a JSON backup and import it on the new device. For personal logging only—not medical advice.

An offline strength and Pilates workout log with guided plans, rest timers, about 60 exercises, volume and Year in Review, a training calendar, and weight trends. Free, no in-app purchases or sign-up; backup and restore included.

Pause, resume, or skip during training; rest timers start automatically. Enable optional voice announcements during a workout. For missing reminders, allow notifications in iPhone Settings. Export a backup before changing phones; deleting the App removes local records. Period predictions are for reference only, not medical advice.

Stamps the time, address and GPS coordinates on your photos, with work log, clock-in and travel templates, dual camera and collages. Free, no sign-up—photos stay in your Photos library.

  • No address, only coordinates: Addresses need an internet connection; offline, only coordinates are shown, or you can type a place name. If there’s no location at all, allow location access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services.
  • Photos not saved: Allow Photos access in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos. Photos go to a dedicated “GeoStamp” album; if you chose to preview shots first, save them from the preview screen.
  • Dual camera takes two shots: Some devices can’t use both cameras at once, so the back photo is taken first, then the front, and they’re combined.
  • Title, mood or notes cleared: These clear after 4 hours of inactivity so you can start fresh at a new place; restore them with one tap in the editor.
  • Journal style font looks wrong: The handwriting font is a system font downloaded once on first use—connect to the internet.
  • Location when sharing: Photos include the capture location as metadata—check before sharing. Watermark text can be edited; the App is not tamper-proof and does not replace an employer’s attendance system.

A habit points tool for parents: add points for good habits, deduct for bad ones, and let kids redeem rewards, spin the reward wheel, and unlock super rewards—with multiple kids supported. No sign-up and no network—all data stays on your phone.

  • Daily reminder not arriving: Reminders are local notifications. Allow notifications for the app in Settings › Notifications and make sure a reminder time is set in the app.
  • Switching phones / backup: Before switching phones, export a backup in Settings › Backup and restore it on the new device. Deleting the app also deletes its data and it cannot be recovered.
  • Switching kids: Tap the child’s name on the home screen. Each child’s points, rewards, and records are kept separate; the habit library is shared.
  • Fixing or back-filling a record: Tap the date on the home calendar to add, edit, or delete that day’s records.
  • About the reward wheel: Prizes and odds are set by the parent. Points can only be earned by logging habits, cannot be purchased, and involve no real money.

A Mac menu bar utility to create blank files—or fresh copies of your own templates—in the current Finder folder. No account, no ads; templates and settings stay on your Mac. Creating files needs write access to the target folder; if creation fails, check NewFile’s file-access permission and make sure the destination folder is open in the front Finder window.
