These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern AI Visual Suite (the “Software”) and related purchase/licensing pages at https://www.ubict.com, provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”).
By downloading, trying, purchasing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
1.1 What you get
The Software is a Windows desktop application with modular AI visual tools, including (as available in your version):
- Face: real-time swap, webcam live mode, local image/video processing, mouth mask, multi-face mapping, enhancement, OBS-friendly workflows, and more
- Tryon: virtual try-on / showcase features
- Motion: movement and expression enhancements
A free trial may be offered; trial limits are shown in the Software. Paid modules are one-time purchase, perpetual license (not a subscription).
1.2 Licensing
- No UBICT account is required.
- Licenses bind to your machine code.
- Purchases open our browser checkout with machine code and module (e.g.
face,tryon,motion). - After payment you receive order_id and activation_string; paste the full string into the Software.
- Licenses are Ed25519-signed; client-side verification is required.
1.3 Recover and rebind
Current rules (subject to change on our site):
- Recover: within 30 days after payment, with order_id and the bound machine code.
- Rebind: typically once per paid order to a new machine code.

2. Fees and payment
- Modules are sold separately; prices are shown on the purchase page (usually CNY).
- WeChat Pay processes payments.
- Automatic API refunds are not offered; refunds, if any, are handled manually via WeChat Pay merchant tools at our discretion. Refunds may not immediately revoke an issued activation string.
3. License grant
After valid purchase and activation, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to run the purchased modules on Windows devices you control.
You must not crack, circumvent licensing, resell licenses, or use the Software unlawfully.
4. Content and compliance (important)
You are solely responsible for all media you import, generate, publish, or distribute. You must have lawful rights or clear consent for every person depicted. You must not create non-consensual deepfakes, fraud, harassment, defamation, or illegal content. You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules. We may suspend support or licenses for serious violations.
The Software is a tool; we do not warrant legality of any specific use case.
5. Intellectual property
We own the Software and related IP. You retain rights in your original inputs; you grant us only the rights needed to sell licenses and provide support.
6. Disclaimers
The Software is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee error-free operation, compatibility with all hardware/OBS/platforms, or perfect AI output. You bear risks of publishing or streaming generated content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the Software and these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time. Continued use or purchase after Term updates constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to courts with jurisdiction at our place of registration, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
