This Privacy Policy applies to AI Visual Suite (the “Software”), a Windows desktop application provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). Purchase and licensing pages are hosted at https://www.ubict.com.
By using the Software, visiting our purchase pages, or contacting support, you acknowledge this Policy.
1. Who we are

2. What the Software does (and your data)
The Software includes modular capabilities such as:
- Face: real-time face swap, webcam live mode, local image/video processing, mouth mask, multi-face mapping, enhancement, and related tools
- Tryon: virtual try-on / on-camera showcase features
- Motion: movement and expression related enhancements
Core AI inference runs locally on your Windows PC. For normal use of these features, we do not require you to upload your photos or videos to our servers.
The Software does not require a UBICT account or login.
3. Information we process
3.1 On-device data (not uploaded by default)
The Software may store locally, for example:
- face photos you select, mapping settings, processing parameters, output paths
- your machine code
- activation string and license state
- preferences, logs (if any), and cache files
This stays on your computer unless you choose to share it. Uninstalling the Software may delete local data.
3.2 Purchase and licensing
When you buy via our purchase page (https://www.ubict.com/buy), we may process:

After payment, you receive an activation_string signed with Ed25519 on our servers; you paste it into the Software for local verification.
3.3 Recover and rebind
Within published rules, APIs may accept order_id plus machine code (recover) or new machine code (rebind) to re-issue licenses.
3.4 When you contact us
Information you send via our contact form or support@ubict.com is used only to respond.
3.5 What we do not do (current version)
For core creative features, we do not:
- require a UBICT login
- show in-app third-party ads or behavioral ad tracking on your media
- batch-upload your local photos/videos for cloud inference (unless a future version states otherwise and you consent)
4. Third parties
- WeChat Pay for checkout (subject to WeChat’s terms).
- Hosting/infrastructure for the website and APIs; standard access logs may be kept for security and operations.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Retention
Order and license records are kept as needed for contracts, law, and disputes, then deleted or anonymized. Local files are controlled by you.
6. Your choices
You may choose which modules to buy, manage local data on your device, and email support@ubict.com with your order_id for help. We may need to verify ownership before disclosing order details.
7. Minors
If you are under 18, use the Software only with guardian consent; guardians should complete purchases.
8. Security
We protect server-side order data with reasonable measures. Keep your machine code, order ID, and activation string confidential.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; the “last updated” date will change on this page. Continued use after updates means acceptance where permitted by law.
