Event Days Timer — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern Event Days Timer (the "App") provided by Wujie Yibang (Fuzhou) Software Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App provides event tracking with elapsed, countdown, and recurring lists, custom display units, optional system alarms, widgets, themes, Gregorian/lunar calendars, and optional iCloud sync. Features vary by device and iOS version. After switching phones, alarms may need permission again and rescheduling. No account with us is required. Event data stays on-device by default; optional sync uses Apple iCloud, not our servers.

2. License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful personal use. You may not misuse the App, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or remove legal notices.

3. Your content and conduct

You are solely responsible for the events you create and how you use alarms and notifications. We do not host or review your event content. Timing and reminders depend on device clock, time zone, permissions, and power settings, and are for personal reference only.

4. Permissions, sync, and disclaimers

You manage iOS permissions and iCloud settings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss, sync delays, or missed alarms caused by OS updates, revoked permissions, storage limits, network/iCloud outages, or device issues. Back up important information yourself.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages.

5. Limitation of liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (if any) or the minimum required by law.
