1. Summary

The App is an elapsed / countdown / recurring event timer. Events and groups are stored on your device by default. If you enable sync, data may sync via Apple iCloud (your Apple ID's private iCloud Drive area). We do not operate user accounts and do not upload your event content to our own servers.

2. Information we collect

You provide: No registration with us is required. If you email us, we receive your address and message.

Automatic: By default, no third-party ads or cross-app tracking SDKs for analytics. Crash/diagnostics shared via Apple are processed under Apple's policies.

On-device (and optional iCloud) data: Event names, times, calendar/repeat rules, display-unit and theme preferences, groups, filters, and local alarm configuration—created and managed by you. With iCloud sync enabled, events and groups are written to your Apple ID's private iCloud Drive; Apple provides that storage under Apple's policies. We cannot view that content on our servers.

Network: Core timing features do not require our servers. Optional iCloud sync uses Apple's services. We do not upload event content to our backend for timing features.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve timing, alarms, widgets, and sync-related features; respond to support; and comply with law.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share your event content except when required by law, with bound providers for limited operations (e.g., email hosting), or in a merger/acquisition with notice. There is no first-party cloud hosting of events in the current version; optional sync is via Apple iCloud.

5. Retention

Events and settings remain under your control on-device and (if enabled) in iCloud until you delete them. Support emails are kept only as long as needed.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13.

7. Your rights

Edit or delete events in the App; manage alarms, notifications, and iCloud in Settings. Additional rights may apply under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, etc.—email support@ubict.com.

8. Security & changes

Protect your device. iCloud security is provided by Apple. We may update this policy; the date above will change on this page.
